Las Madres - A Footnote

Unfortunately the story of Las Madres does not end here. Hundreds of children were born to prisoners while they were captives of the State. The children born in captivity were either adopted by military families or sent to other couples. The Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo (as they now call themselves) are seeking to find these children. So far, 103 men and women have been reunited with their true families.
